UK Delivery Info
Standard delivery options
Our standard UK shipping is Royal Mail 1st Class, for which Royal Mail advise 1-2 working days after day of despatch, except for orders over 2kg or high value orders which we send via Courier. Please be aware that a signature may be required for your order.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same day, excluding public holidays.
For order totals over £45, standard UK shipping is free. Additional charges may apply for orders sent to Scottish Upper Counties, offshore and Northern Ireland depending on the weight of the parcel. Please see the table below.

Express delivery options
We also offer an Express delivery option. Your goods should reach you the next working day provided the order reaches us by 2pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Orders placed after 2pm Thursday will be despatched on Friday and reach you on Monday. Orders placed on the weekend will be despatched on Monday and reach you Tuesday. The Express Services will always require a signature.
For express delivery to Northern Ireland, offshore and Scottish Upper Counties, our courier advises 2 working days after day of despatch.
Express delivery is not available for supplier-direct items. Should you arrange to have your order delivered to a different address with the Courier after despatch, please note that this will usually delay the delivery by 1-2 working days depending on the destination.

Supplier-direct items
On occasion we will forward an order to our suppliers for them to deliver directly because the item, such as an easel or canvas carton, is not kept in our warehouse.
All products that are shipped directly from our suppliers will clearly state this in the item description.
Delivery time for supplier-direct items is usually 4-8 working days.
General
Delivery times are as stated in the majority of cases but we cannot guarantee any delivery times on normal consignments, especially at busy times such as Christmas and other public holidays.
BFPO
Unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver to BFPO or PO box addresses.

Delivery time approximately 2 working days, excluding weekends.
Includes addresses within these postcodes: AB31-AB35, AB36-AB38, AB41-45, AB51-AB56, KW, PH, PA20-49, PA60-78, IV.
UK Offshore
Delivery time approximately 2 working days, excluding weekends.
Includes Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and the Scilly Isles postcodes: IM, PO30-41, TR21-25.
Also Scottish Islands postcodes: HS1-9, KW15-17, ZE.

At CurtisWard we try to offer the best value delivery charges.
All orders below 1kg are despatched via Royal Mail International. Orders over 1kg are despatched via DPD Europe Courier Service.
Please note: we may not be able to ship certain items because of their length, volume, weight or because of health and safety shipping restrictions. Products with this restriction will say ‘UK Delivery Only’ in the product description.

Orders sent to Jersey and Guernsey are exempt from VAT. Please make sure you pick Jersey or Guernsey as your delivery country (not United Kingdom) to take advantage of this.
Click & Collect
Do you live locally to our premises in West Molesey, Surrey? If you do, you have the option to ‘Click and Collect’! You can visit us or place your order from the comfort of your own home and have your goods ready for collection within around 1/2 an hour (Monday to Friday). Placing your order before you come ensures that the goods are available for you and will be ready and waiting for your arrival.
How to order with Click and Collect
- Place your order online in the normal way.
- At the Checkout page, choose Click and Collect as your delivery method.
- Make your payment online.
- We’ll pack your items and email you when they’re ready for collection.
- Collect from our warehouse reception at a time that’s convenient for you.
Opening times
Our Sales Counter is open for collections from 11am – 4pm Monday to Friday.
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays.
