Prices and Ordering
All prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. A VAT receipt is included with all goods purchased. Customers also access a copy of the VAT receipt for each purchase if an account is registered with us.
We operate on a Retail Only basis and all orders must be placed via our web site including Click and Collect orders. Orders are not complete until a payment is made and no goods are despatched prior to payment being received. I am afraid that we do not offer goods on a Trade or Credit Account basis.
We try to ensure that all products are priced correctly, but if we do make a mistake, we are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect price. In this case we will contact you and offer you the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel your order. Promotional prices only apply during the stated promotional period.
Placing an order through our Web Site constitutes an offer to buy. All orders are subject to acceptance by Us. We will confirm acceptance by sending you an email that confirms the order has been dispatched.
Delivery restrictions may apply due to the nature of some products. When you shop at Curtisward, the product detail page will let you know whether an item can be delivered to you.
Images of products on this web site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we endeavour to update images as packaging changes occur, product packaging may occasionally vary slightly from the image shown on the web site. Colours of materials shown on the web site are also for illustrative purposes only. We try hard to make sure the colours of paints and other materials on the web site are accurate, but we cannot always guarantee an exact match between the colours shown and the product itself.
We aim to dispatch all orders - placed before 2pm Monday to Friday - on the same day and orders, received after this time, on the next working day.
All goods on an order are dispatched together. If, on the very rare occasion, there is an issue with part of your order, we will contact you to let you know and for instruction on how you would like us to proceed.

We make every effort to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition, are fit for purpose and are as described.
No longer needed?
If you have changed your mind or the item is no longer required and you wish to return it, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the order at email@example.com to log your intention to return. You then have a further 16 days to return the goods in re-saleable condition, unused and with the original packaging, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations on your Right to Cancel. Please remember to include details of the Order Number and/or your name so that we can process the return as quickly as possible for you. I am afraid that return postage cannot be refunded in this instance.
Customers who are exempt from Distance Selling Regulations may not cancel an order except with our mutual agreement.
Damaged or defective?
If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 020 8979 5233 and we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue. Where you return a Product to us because it is defective, we will examine the returned Product and notify you of your refund via e-mail. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. The item cost of a returned defective product will be refunded in full plus a refund of the delivery charges paid on the order. On receiving your notification of a defective product, we will provide a Postage Paid Return label by email to enable the return the item to us free of charge. To initiate the process, you must inform us by email and return the item to the address detailed above.
Fitness for Purpose
All products are sold in good faith and we cannot be held responsible for unsatisfactory results or damage if the product bought reveals itself to be unsuitable for your intended purpose. Our liability in this case is limited to the cost of the product bought.
No credit card details are stored by Curtisward Limited. Payments are processed via the encrypted online payment systems.
Your email address is used to send order confirmations and respond to support requests. You may also wish to subscribe to newsletters for relevant news and special offers from Curtisward from time to time by email. You may unsubscribe from these promotional emails at any time.
