Artist's Quality Aquarelle Graphite Pencils
These Graphite Aquarelle pencils from Faber Castell are watersoluble graphite pencils in finest artists’ quality. Graphite Aquarelle are the ideal tool for classical watercolour painting, preliminary sketches and mixed media projects. The different degrees of hardness (HB, 2B, 4B, 6B, 8B) allow you to achieve strong contrasts of light and dark washes.
When applying a wet brush to the graphite, the intensity of the shades of grey can be controlled by adding more or less water. Precisely drawn lines and structures can completely dissolve to become watercolour effects.
Pencils are sold in sets of three of the grade chosen.
