Golden Light Molding Paste 236ml

Light Molding Paste made with lightweight material to allow an artist to work on larger scale surfaces with less overall weight. This product has a white, low-density filler that replaces the traditional marble dust. Aside from being much whiter in color than the other molding pastes, Light Molding Paste is approximately 67% lighter by weight. It has a consistency similar to cake icing, easily manipulated by a palette knife. Wonderfully high peaks maintain their height and appearance with a spongy flexibility which opens up unique possibilities. Light Molding Paste's unique attributes allow an artist to use this product in new ways. It can be used simply as a lightweight filler for paints, as a white tinting medium or as a ground. Pastes can be used to achieve a variety of effects and expressions. When used in conjunction with acrylic colors they broaden working properties and expand creative possibilities. Unlike gels, pastes are opaque because they contain Marble Dust or other fillers that create a white or clay-tone finish with a variety of textures and properties. Molding Paste can also be used to create foundations for painting either to create texture over a smoother surface, or to smooth out a textured surface.
