Discount cards are awarded to students studying GCSE level or higher, those enrolled on further education art classes, members of recognised art groups, associations and societies, teachers and tutors of art.

Issued on presentation of a valid student, membership or enrollment card or other suitable id at the discretion of the Curtisward proprietors.

Discount of 10% given on all purchases in store, except on multi-save offers, when a Curtisward discount card is presented. Please note, we can not give the discount without a card being shown at time of transaction or give the discount retrospectively.

Card is valid for one year and must be applied for on an annual basis.

Customers will be required to fill out a form for Curtisward records allowing us to provide replacement cards during the year without the holder having to re-apply or provide further id. The information recorded will not be given to any third parties but may be used by Curtisward to notify card holders of promotions, events and exhibitions.

Curtisward gift vouchers are available to buy in denominations of £5, £10 and £20. Vouchers are also given to customers with completed loyalty cards.

They can be used towards the purchase of goods of higher than face value on payment of the difference by cash, credit or debit card or cheque.

Vouchers can not be redeemed for cash and no change can be given on purchases paid for by voucher.

They do not have an expiry date and will be honoured as long as staff signature is in tact and embossed logo is discernible.

Paper cutting

We are happy to cut large scale papers to size for easy transportation or to suit your project needs. Please ask at counter.

Full sheet must be purchased.

Single sheets (up to a maximum of ten sheets) can be halved or quarted free of charge and usually whilst-u-wait.

Larger quantities or bespoke cutting will incur a charge based on the time it is estimated to take. Please ask at the counter for details.

Please note that cutting of larger quantities can not be offered on a whilst-u-wait basis.

Telephone ordering

For your convenience, we are able to offer telephone ordering.

Payment will be taken over the telephone via credit or debit card on confirmation of order.

Purchased items can be held for collection, delivered or posted. Orders that qualify for delivery by Curtisward will be delivered on the next available delivery day. This will normally be Wednesday afternoons. Items that are to be posted will be despatched on the same or next working day via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Parcel Force.

If we need to check stock or availability,calculate delivery or postal costs or check any other information before confirming the order, we will be happy to take your number and return your call.

Local delivery

Free delivery is offered to customers within a 10 mile radius on purchases over £50.

Deliveries will be made on wednesday afternoons.

Please ask in store for details of other delivery costs for lower value purchases or to destinations outside the 10 mile radius.

Printable vouchers

Customers are able to print off a 10% discount voucher from the web site that can be used for any single purchase. There are no limits on how many times a customer may use printed vouchers and the vouchers have no time restrictions.

Customers are required to enter an e-mail address before printing. No e-mail addresses are forwarded to third parties and are purely for our records.

Vouchers can not be used on multi-save offers or in conjunction with discount cards.
