UK Delivery Info
Our standard UK shipping is Royal Mail 1st Class, for which Royal Mail advise approximately 1-2 working days after day of despatch, except for orders over 2kg or high value orders which we send via Courier. Please be aware that a signature may be required for your order. Please also be aware that our couriers may take longer to deliver your parcel during busy or exceptional periods.
Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday are despatched the same day, excluding public holidays. Orders received after this time will be despatched on the following working day.
For order totals over £50, standard UK shipping is free. Additional charges may apply for orders sent to Scottish Upper Counties, offshore and Northern Ireland depending on the weight of the parcel. Please see the table below.

Delivery times are as stated in the majority of cases but we cannot guarantee any delivery times on normal consignments, especially at busy times such as Christmas, other public holidays and any exceptional circumstances.

UK Offshore
Delivery time approximately 3 working days, excluding weekends.
Includes Isle of Wight and the Scilly Isles postcodes: PO30-41, TR21-25.
Also Scottish Islands postcodes: HS1-9, KW15-17, ZE.
Click and Collect
We are unable to offer a Click and Collect service. All orders must be placed online with goods being despatched to the Shipping Address supplied via Royal Mail or Parcel Force Courier Service.
