Card of the week

Is it too early to talk about Christmas? Of course not! Many of our customers are already a good way through making all their cards and with so many subjects associated with the festive season, the opportunity to get really creative and come up with loads and loads of truly great, original cards means there is no time like the present!
Let it snow Christmas card

So here's a very simple one for starters.
Take one square card blank, cut a piece of blue pearlescent card the same size as the card and stick it to the front of the card. I used spraymount to do this but double-sided tape is a good alternative and ensures that all the edges are securely down.
Cut a piece of white pearlescent card to be the same width as the front of the card and then take a scalpel and cut the white card so that is has a wavy top. Stick it down, again with either spraymount or double-sided tape.
Stick the adhesive pearls onto the blue card in a random pattern to look like snow. Add an accent or vellum sticker at the base of the card with a message of your choice.

Kim gets creative this Christmas!

Here is a whole range of cards made from the Papermania Classic Christmas card kit and various card blanks available at Curtisward. The kit contains papers, chipboard embellishments, gel embellishments, die-cut paper shapes and stickers so, with a little creativity, you can make dozens of unique cards to really impress this Christmas!
