Prices
All prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%. A VAT receipt is included with all goods purchased.
The VAT is manually removed from the cost for purchases from outside the EEC. Please contact us prior to making payment for a revised total. A payment link will then be sent by Paypal or Worldpay money request.
Delivery
All orders completed before 1pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same day by appropriate courier according to the value of the order and destination. Orders, received after this time, are processed on the next working day.
Standard delivery services may take between 2 and 5 days. Express and signed for options are available. For full details, please see our delivery information page.
Returns and Refunds
We make every effort to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition, are fit for purpose and are as described.
Your right to cancel
You can cancel any purchase with us within seven days of placing your order, or within seven days of receiving your goods (whichever is the longer).
Returns
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind or the item is no longer required, the goods must be returned in re-saleable condition – unused and with the original packaging. Returning damaged goods
If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us at help@curtisward.com or call us on 01932 232578 and we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
Fitness for purpose
All products are sold in good faith and we cannot be held responsible for unsatisfactory results or damage to artwork if the product bought reveals itself to be unsuitable for the artist's intended purpose. Our liability in this case is limited to the cost of the product bought.
Security
No credit card details are stored by Curtisward Limited. Payments are processed via the encrypted online payment systems of WorldPay and Paypal. For telephone payments, the card details will be entered into a Card terminal manually to be processed by the payment processing centre. Again no card details are stored by Curtisward Limited. Whether online or by telephone, the same information is required and the same payment processing systems will be used.
Curtisward offers customers the option to create an account with us so that you can check on the status of an order, find items previously ordered by you making re-ordering quick and simple, remove the need to re-enter delivery information for each new order and be kept informed of offers and promotions. The details collected when creating your account are held on our own database and are not shared with any third party in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. These details include name, address, telephone number and email address.
